FAIR OAKS, IL - A suburban Chicago man was killed over the weekend in an Interstate 65 crash that involved three vehicles near the Fair Oaks exit in Jasper County. According to police, Tagli's 2017 Hyundai Sonata struck a 2007 Buick Lucerne driven by a 28-year-old Indianapolis man that had been disabled by losing its driver's side tire. The Buick was "partially sticking out" into the left lane of traffic when it was hit bu the Hyundai.
The force of the crash sent the Buick off the road, while the Hyundai had spun around facing south in the northbound lanes. As Tagli stepped out of his car following the crash, he was hit by the Honda that was driven by a 54-year-old man from Wheaton, Illinois.
