Aldi Plans First Carmel Location
Aldi submits plans for first location in Carmel: Report
CARMEL, IN — Popular discount grocery chain ALDI wants to open its first Carmel location, IndyStar reports. The news outlet says Aldi has filed plans with the city to open a 22,000-square foot store at the southeast corner of 106th Street and Michigan Road, a 4-acre site near LA Fitness. IndyStar says the Plan Commission's commercial committee will discuss the proposal for a Carmel location on Dec. 5 at the Monon Center.
The grocery store known for its low prices has 20 locations in the Indianapolis area.
