Body Found In River Identified As Missing Clay Township Man

INDIANAPOLIS (AP) — AP News reports the Marion County coroner's office has identified the man whose body was pulled from the White River last week. Coroner's office officials say 43-year-old Daniel Leo Carr Jr. of the Home Place neighborhood in Clay Township, AP News reports. According to the news report, Carr was last seen leaving his Hamilton County home on a mountain bike the evening of March 5.
Carr's body was found Thursday under the Westfield Bridge near the Monon Trail, which sits just north of Broad Ripple.
According to AP News, authorities say it’s not clear how Carr ended up in the river and the cause and manner of his death being investigated.
