May 4, 2021
The City of Carmel has engaged the Indianapolis-based real estate development and consulting firm Greenstreet and the Cincinnati-based urban growth firm YARD & Company to help update the City’s Comprehensive Plan. As part of the process, the consulting team will be in the City conducting community engagement activities in an effort to get feedback from the general public. The input received will help to shape the final planning document which is set to begin review this summer.
