CARMEL, IN -- Valentine's Day is coming up, so why not celebrate with dinner and drinks? While many will do just that, today.com has put together a list of the most over-the-top cocktails from around the country for anyone who may want to splurge, including people in Carmel thanks to a drink at Los Arroyos.
Today notes these hot cocktail spots aren't your average dive bars, and each cocktail will set you back a when it comes to money, however, you'll see why when you read what's in each of them.
Today included The Billionaire Margarita at Los Arroyos, a Carmel Mexican restaurant and bar on their list of 15 "most over-the-top cocktails around the country. The tangy, tequila masterpiece is $350, not including a tip. It's made with Clase Azul Ultra tequila, Añejo Black tequila, fresh juices and Grand Marnier Cuvee. Today says it's worth the money, based on what customers have reported, and that it's a "stiff take" on a classic margarita.

Los Arroyos first opened in 1999 in California, before expanding throughout California, into Nevada, and then central Indiana last year.

Other cocktails on the list include, but are not limited to, The Godfrey Cocktail from The Godfrey Hotel in Chicago, several from different Las Vegas hotels and Chateau St. Germaine from Del Frisco's Double Eagle Steak House in New York.
