Get Your $5 Tenderloins Here During Indy Tenderloin Week

CENTRAL INDIANA -- Unless you haven't lived in Indiana that long, you know the tenderloin is a Hoosier favorite and therefore a good reason to have Indy Tenderloin Week. Through Saturday, April 28, more than 30 local restaurants and chefs are offering their tasty tenderloins for $5 each during Indy Tenderloin Week, according to the event's website.

NUVO is partnering with these local spots to offer customer's a budget-friendly tenderloin deal while also supporting Second Helpings. 20 percent of restaurant registration fees and sponsorships are donated directly to Second Helpings, Indy Tenderloin Week's website says.

Here are some of the many central Indiana spots where you can enjoy a tenderloin for a good cause:

• Broad Ripple Brewpub, 842 E. 65th St.

• Sahm's Place, 2411 E. 65th St. and 433 N. Capitol Ave.
• Union Jack Pub Broad Ripple, 1924 Broad Ripple Ave.
