INDOT Work Impacting These I-65 And Hamilton Co. Areas

HAMILTON COUNTY, IN -- INDOT is reporting two big area traffic alerts and closures including Hamilton County and one for who travel on I-65 North. INDOT says I-69 Southbound traffic between Cumberland Road and 116th Street in Hamilton County will be shifted to the left lane Wednesday night starting at 7 p.m. This is for the removal and application of pavement markings. This shift will run until Thursday morning at 6 a.m.

INDOT says it will also close the right lane of I-65 North between mile-marker 104 and 105.5 beginning Thursday, April 12 at 9 a.m. through 7 p.m. for an emergency slope repair on the barrier wall following last week's heavy rainfall. This area is between the Southport Road exit and the I-65/I-465 interchange.
