IU Health Opens First Hamilton County Urgent Care Center Location

The Hamilton County IU Health urgent care center is located at Hazel Dell Parkway and 146th Street.

INDIANAPOLIS, IN — Indiana University Health opened a new Hamilton County urgent care center Tuesday, where Noblesville and Carmel meet at Hazel Dell Parkway and 146th Street, IU Health reports. This is the first urgent care center for IU Health in Hamilton County, bringing a modern facility for county residents. In a release, IU Health describes the urgent care center (pictured) as a new, stand-alone building that holds an IU Health primary care clinic, in addition to physical therapy and rehabilitation offices.

Who should visit the new urgent care center? IU Health said those looking for treatment for several less-severe ailments such as cuts needing stitches, infections, allergic reactions, sprains, strains and broken bones.

“Our new urgent care center on Hazel Dell Road will complement the highly skilled care that Hamilton County residents are accustomed to receiving from IU Health facilities, including IU Health North and Saxony hospitals,” said Jon Goble, president of IU Health’s North Central Region, in a release.
