No Label At The Table Opening Carmel Shop

Central Indiana baked goods company No Label at the Table will soon open new shop on Main Street in Carmel: More

CARMEL, IN — A local baked goods company has announced they're opening their first shop. No Label at the Table will open on Main Street in Carmel's Arts & Design District in the next few weeks, the company announced on its Facebook page. The company is centered on providing employment opportunities and job skills training for people with autism, according to the website, and was created by local mom, Shelly Henley, who's son Jacob has autism.

Jacob wanted to be a chef in a restaurant, so Henley started the Gluten free and dairy free baked goods company with just a few employees and rented baking space, who crafted and sold their gluten-free sweets at Brownsburg, Carmel and Fishers farmer's markets.

Now, after just months of selling at local farmer's markets, Henley, her son and their terrific team are getting their own shop to call home at 111 W. Main Street.
