CARMEL, IN — If you haven't left work or are planning traveling down Southbound U.S. 31, consider an alternate route. WIBC Traffic reports a crash at 106th Street and the right three lanes of SB U.S. 31 are blocked.
Traffic is backed up to 126th Street.
Motorists are being advised to use Keystone Parkway instead.
