No New Coronavirus Deaths In Vanderburgh

No new COVID-19 related deaths are reported in southwest Indiana, along with just a few new infections and more vaccinations.

The Indiana Department of Health added no new COVID fatalities in Vanderburgh, Warrick, Posey, Gibson, Pike, Dubois, or Spencer counties.
Just four new infections were tallied in Vanderburgh County, with more than 150 new full vaccinations.

The county’s seven-day positivity rate among individuals held at 7.7 percent.
The number of hospitalized COVID patients in the 12-county district of southwest Indiana did rise by seven to 34.
Across Indiana, eleven new coronavirus-related deaths were added with fewer than 300 new infections.
The state also counted about 14,600 more Hoosiers who are fully vaccinated.
Indiana’s total of vaccinated residents tops 2.5 million.
