126th Street Closure In Fishers: What To Know

126th Street between State Road 37 and Cumberland Road is closed through Thursday, April 4, according to the City of Fishers.

FISHERS, IN — If your daily commute includes 126th Street between State Road 37 and Cumberland Road, you'll need to find an alternate route through Thursday, April 4, the City of Fishers announced Monday. In a release sent to Patch, the City said the closure is taking place due to storm sewer installation across 126th Street, and is part of a City engineering project to construct a roundabout at the intersection of 126th and Parkside Drive, estimated to be completed in September.

To take advantage of a decrease in traffic, the closure coincides with Hamilton Southeastern Schools’ Spring Break dates, according to a release.
