Boy, 12, In Critical Condition After East Side Shooting: Police
Police reported shooting happened in the 4800 block of East New York Street.
INDIANAPOLIS, IN — Indianapolis police said a 12-year-old boy is in critical condition after he was shot Thursday afternoon on the city’s east side, according to several reports. WTTV said police responded to a report of a person shot around 2:45 p.m. in the 4800 block of East New York Street, between Dequincy Street and Wallace Avenue.
The boy was taken to Riley Hospital for Children due to critical injuries, according to police.
