Where To See Fourth Of July Fireworks In Fishers

FISHERS, IN — There are big Fourth of July events happening in Fishers this weekend. Whether you prefer to celebrate to the sounds of a symphony, or food trucks and fireworks, the fun in Fishers starts Saturday, July 1.

Get your red, white, and blue attire ready — Carmel, Noblesville, Westfield, and downtown Indianapolis are also celebrating the fourth with outdoor festivities. These include CarmelFest, a Fourth of July parade, Westfield Rocks the 4th, and several events happening downtown all weekend.

Kick off Fourth of July weekend in Fishers with some patriotic music from Kroger's Symphony on the Prairie event — Star Spangled Symphony with the Indianapolis Symphony Orchestra. There's four chances to attend this concert and fireworks event at the Conner Prairie Amphitheatre, 13400 Allisonville Rd. The symphony starts 8 p.m. July 1, 2, 3 and 4, with $35 tickets for adults and $13 tickets for children. Gates open at 4:30 p.m. for those who'd like to bring a picnic and hangout before the show begins. More information: indianapolissymphony.org.

There will be food trucks, fireworks, upbeat music, and more during IU Health Saxony Hospital's annual Independence Celebration and Concert, 7 p.m. to 10:15 p.m. Monday, July 3 at Witten Park, 13257 Saxony Blvd. The free outdoor event will feature live music by the band My Yellow Rickshaw, eats and treats from a variety of food trucks and much more. Pets and outdoor beverages and food are allowed inside the celebration. The fireworks show will begin at 10 p.m. More information: visithamiltoncounty.com.

End the holiday at Blast on the Bridge, a fireworks show and family event 6 p.m. through the fireworks finale at 10:15 p.m. on Fall Creek Road Bridge. The bridge closes to traffic at 3:30 p.m. and will open to event goers at 6 p.m. Public parking is available at Holy Spirit Parish at Geist. There will be free fun for children, adults, a live DJ, and more, as well as food and alcohol available for purchase. More information can be found at fishers.in.us.
