Details on the free upcoming event, and the participation benefits you may not have thought of.

FISHERS, IN — Celebrate American Heart Month by getting active and enjoying ecotherapy with Fishers Parks & Recreation and other community members during this year's free Heart Hike. According to Fishers Parks & Recreation, this event takes place 1 p.m. to 3 p.m. Saturday, Feb. 9 at Ritchey Woods Nature Preserve, 10410 Hague Road.
The Heart Hike will help you stay heart healthy during the winter months, and also offers a chance for you to learn about the environment, and how ecotherapy can be a great way to help protect mental wellness.
Fishers Parks & Recreation said they challenge you to find all of nature's heart-shaped images that line the trails and guide the hike's one-mile path.
