One Zone Chamber Of Commerce: Janus Developmental Services Names Yolanda Kincaid President/CEO

Janus Developmental Services announced that its Board of Directors has appointed Yolanda Kincaid as President/CEO. She will be replacing Chris Sorensen who recently retired.

Yolanda has over 20 years of experience in the field of adult disability services. Prior to accepting her new role at Janus, she served as the Chief Operations Officer at Carey Services for the past 7 years. During her career she has been active with ICEARC (Arc of Indiana) where she is currently serving as Secretary, INARF (Indiana Association of Rehabilitation Facilities), where she was a member of the Inaugural Leadership Academy Class, and SIPN (Strategic Indiana Provider Network). Yolanda brings a wealth of experience and a passion for our mission, and she is fully equipped with all of the skills and experience necessary to lead Janus forward.

According to Board President Matt Snyder, “The Board is very confident that Yolanda is the right person to lead Janus forward.”
