Indiana State Police say a Statewide Silver Alert has been declared out of Valparaiso, as the Valparaiso Police Department investigates the disappearance of an elderly woman. Police say 81-year-old Patricia Louise Kelley was last seen at 12 p.m. on Wednesday, March 14 in Valparaiso and is believed to be in extreme danger, possibly requiring medical assistance.

Police officials describe Kelly as a while woman, 5'2', 115 pounds, gray hair and blue eyes.

According to police, she was last seen driving a silver 2007 Buick Rendezvous with Indiana plate 482APN.
