Spark!Fishers: Application Deadline Extended For Participants

FISHERS, IN — The City of Fishers said Spark!Fishers, which celebrates the vibrant community while honoring our freedom, will kick off on Friday night, June 28 and continue with a day full of celebrations on Saturday, June 29 in Fishers’ Nickel Plate District and Municipal Complex.

Organizers are seeking participants they said will showcase the City of Fishers and "our smart, vibrant, entrepreneurial community." Participants can choose to be a street fair vendor, parade participant, volunteer, and more, according to the City.

Spark!Fishers 5K walk/run: 8 a.m. Saturday, June 29 in the Nickel Plate District. All ages are welcome, and each finisher will receive a race shirt and medal.

Spark!Fishers Parade: 7 p.m. Saturday, June 29. The parade will include floats, performances, and walking groups along this route. Submit an application by April 1 to apply to participate in the Spark!Fishers Parade, as participants will be notified by April 15.
