Salary: $10.00 per hour plus tips – temporary position

• Job Requirements

• Must have a current Employee Permit with the State of Indiana ATF
• Must have a current Driver’s License in the State of Indiana
• Must have Certificate from Indiana Server Training Program
• Ability to serve draft beer and mixed beverages in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to communicate effectively, verbally and in writing
• Ability to follow directions
• Ability to deal tactfully with the public and other personnel
• Ability to work outside for long periods of time, during the day and at night
• Ability to stand on your feet or sit for long periods of time
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds

• Take tickets from customers and provide them with the appropriate ordered beverage
• Stock your bar and have it ready for service
• Check identifications of a customer to determine age, if needed
• Balance your intake as needed
• Perform other duties as required
