Garth Brooks, Peyton Manning Fans To Fill Downtown Indianapolis This Week
DETAILS: Dates and times of five Garth Brooks concerts, Colts Peyton Manning celebrations and more taking place downtown this week.

INDIANAPOLIS, IN — Country music fans, sports fans and more will flock to downtown Indianapolis this week for the five scheduled Garth Brooks concerts and a weeklong schedule of events as the Indianapolis Colts honor Peyton Manning. The team has planned festivities starting Tuesday, Oct. 3 through Sunday, Oct. 8, including the unveiling of Manning's statue outside Lucas Oil Stadium, and the retirement of the quarterback legend's jersey. The country's number one selling solo artist of all time returns to Indianapolis Thursday, Oct. 5 to perform five shows in four days.
It's the first time in 21 years Brooks is performing in Indianapolis, and he's bringing The Garth Brooks World Tour with Trisha Yearwood to the Bankers Life Fieldhouse stage at 7:30 p.m. Thursday, Oct. 5, 7 p.m. Friday, Oct. 6, 3 p.m. and 7:30 p.m. Saturday, Oct. 7 and 7:30 p.m. Sunday, Oct. 8.
Bankers Life reports this will be the last Indiana, Illinois and Ohio of The Garth Brooks World Tour with Trisha Yearwood.

There will also be a Budlight Tailgate on Georgia Street before Sunday's Colts vs. 49er's game, where Manning will be honored at halftime for the conclusion of the Colts weeklong celebratory events.
