INDIANAPOLIS, IN — Halloween 2018 brings plenty of fun festivals and trunk-or-treat, trick-or-treat events. Here's some Indianapolis events taking place Halloween weekend and on Oct. 31:
Saturday, Oct. 27:
- Street Fair: 72nd Annual Historic Irvington Halloween Festival: 10 a.m. to 5 p.m., 5600 E. Washington Street, Indianapolis.
- Community Trunk or Treat at Pleasant View Lutheran Church: 4 p.m. to 6 p.m., 801 W. 73rd Street, Indianapolis.
- Trunk or Treat at Diversity Church: 4 p.m. to 7 p.m.; 101 E. Raymond Street, Indianapolis.
- Fall Festival and Trunk or Treat at St. Athanasius Byzantine Catholic Church: 5 p.m. to 8 p.m., 1117 Blaine Ave, Indianapolis.
Sunday, Oct. 28:

- Free Community Trunk or Treat at Castleton United Methodist Church: 3 p.m. to 5 p.m., 7101 N. Shadeland Avenue, Indianapolis. All are invited to the Halloween fun in the parking lot in front of the sanctuary, which will be lined with decorated vehicles and friendly people handing out treats to our neighborhood children. Free event.
- Trunk-or-Treat at Faith Presbyterian Church: Free; 3:30 p.m. to 4:30 p.m., 8170 Hague Road, Indianapolis.
- Fall Festival at Saint Luke's UMC: 5 p.m. to 7 p.m., 100 W. 86th Street, Indianapolis.
- Trunk or Treat - IN Council of Preschool Cooperatives: 3 p.m. to 5 p.m., 5253 W. 62nd Street, Indianapolis.
Wednesday, Oct. 31:
- Safe Night Halloween - Indiana State Fairgrounds: Exposition Hall, 5 p/m. to 7 p.m., 1202 E. 38th Street, Indianapolis. Parking is $5 and admission for children 12 and under are free with an adult.
- Safe Halloween at Decatur Township Fire Department, Station 71: 5 p.m. to 8 p.m., 5410 S. High School Road, Indianapolis.
- Trunk of Treat at Southport Heights Christian Church: 6 p.m. to 8 p.m., 7154 McFarland Road, Indianapolis. Cars will be decorated and candy will be handed out during the event. There will also be Long's donuts, cider, picture station, a bounce house, live animals and more. Fellowship Hall will be the event site if inclement weather takes over.
