Watch Bat-Wielding Youth Baseball Coach Angrily Charge At Parent
A travel baseball coach from Cincinnati and an opposing team member's parent charge at each other after game in Indianapolis.

INDIANAPOLIS, IN — There was more action off the field than on during a youth baseball game Sunday at an Indianapolis park when a parent and a coach were banned following a fight caught on video. WISH reports Indianapolis Sports Park owner Helga Scaringe said the Cincinnati Flames youth travel team just finished playing against the Evoshield Midwest Canes when one man charging toward another with a bat, as you can see in the video that was posted to Facebook by a parent.
The video posted by WLWT shows adults trying to separate the two men before anyone was injured. The video doesn't show either man hitting the other.
According to WISH, Scaringe said the man with the bat was a Cincinnati Flames coach, who the team said they've fired and the other man is a parent of a player from the other team.

No one was injured or facing any charges after IMPD responded to a 911 call from park staff, according to WISH.
However, WISH reports that because the game was part of a United States Specialty Sports Association (USSSA) Tournament, the Indiana USSSA could take disciplinary action follwing an investigation.

The Indianapolis Sports Park's staff serves beer to adults during games and WISH reports Scaringe said she believes the parent from the other team had been drinking. She said she hopes the kids, who were all 13 years old or younger, can learn there are better ways to deal with conflict.
