Cedar Lake Man Dead After Being Hit By Car In St. John: Police
Robert Sulzberger, 37, died early Tuesday morning from blunt force trauma after being hit by car.

ST. JOHN, IN — A Cedar Lake man died after he was hit by a car on U.S. 41 in St. John Tuesday morning, according to officials. The Times reported 37-year-old Robert Sulzberger died from blunt force trauma in the 8900 block of U.S. 41, according to the Lake County coroner's office. According to records, St. John police responded to the scene just before 4:30 a.m. for a crash with injuries, where police officials said officers determined a car traveling north had hit a pedestrian, the news report said.
Sulzberger was pronounced dead at the scene at 5:13 a.m., according to a coroner's release, and no other injuries were reported.
