Applebee's Data Breach Affected More Than 20 Indiana Locations
Over a 100 Applebee's locations in 14 states were affected by the breach, including several across Indiana: Details

ACROSS INDIANA -- Customer data at over a 100 Applebee's locations in the U.S., including more than 20 in Indiana may have been compromised. RMH Franchise Holdings, which operates several Applebee's restaurants, announced news of the breach earlier this month.
According to RMH, the breach was designed to capture payment card information and may have affected a limited number of purchases made at the affected locations. Applebee's locations in Alabama, Arizona, Florida, Illinois, Indiana, Kansas, Kentucky, Missouri, Mississippi, Nebraska, Ohio, Pennsylvania, Texas and Wyoming were affected by the breach.
Indiana locations including Fort Wayne, Portage South Bend, Richmond, Warsaw and several more.

RMH said it learned of the breach on Feb. 13 and took appropriate steps to ensure the breach was contained and launched as investigation. The company said it also notified law enforcement of the breach.
Guests' names, credit or debit card numbers, expiration dates and card verification codes could have been affected. RMH says the specific dates the breach took place vary by location.
