Armed Robbery At Noblesville Home Being Investigated: Sheriff

The Hamilton County Sheriff's Office said members from several law enforcement agencies assisted at the Noblesville subdivision scene.

NOBLESVILLE, IN — The Hamilton County Sheriff's Office said two suspects are in custody and will be interviewed by detectives after a Wednesday morning armed robbery incident at a home in the 200 block of Fox Circle in Noblesville. The sheriff's office said dispatch received a call reporting the robbery incident just after 1:30 a.m., and deputies at the scene believe the incident stemmed from an electronic gaming equipment sale. According to the sheriff's office, victims described the suspects as two black males who showed a weapon during the transaction.

Officers from several law enforcement agencies including the Indiana State Police assisted at the scene during the incident, which ended just before 7 a.m.

The sheriff's office said those that were inside the home were able to leave, but the two suspects remained inside. Homeowners in the subdivision were told they should remain in their homes during the hours-long situation.

No injuries were reported, and officials from the Hamilton County Sheriff's Office continue to investigate the incident.
