Effective 01/01/2021, a new Sales Disclosure form must be filed with every transfer of real property that transfers for valuable consideration. This includes deeds, contracts of sale and other documents that transfer ownership of real property. It does not include items such as Agreements and other documents for mergers, mortgages, easements and right of ways.
