BARTHOLOMEW COUNTY, IN – The body of a missing Columbus man has been found in Bartholomew County, WXIN reports. The news source reports DNR officials say the body of 26-year-old Keygan Matlock was found above water in the Driftwood River, two days after he last had communication with friends and family.
WXIN says this comes the same day officials from the Indiana Department of Natural Resources report the kayak belonging to Matlock was found on the river.
The news report adds that during the Wednesday morning conversations, Matlock mentioned going kayaking near Columbus, which officials said Friday's kayak discovery confirmed that.
