Noblesville PD Releases Statement Before Students Return To Class
Donations pour in for teacher, student who were shot during Friday's shooting at Noblesville West Middle School as investigation continues.

NOBLESVILLE, IN — Noblesville West Middle School students will return to class Tuesday just four days after a fellow student opened fire inside a classroom on a female student and teacher. While the 13-year-old male suspect is in custody and the two victims continue to recover from their injuries, Noblesville Police Department officials posted a statement to Twitter on Monday for students to see before the holiday weekend ends.
In hopes of making it a little easier for students, NPD will have officers at every Noblesville school Tues - Fri to offer some reassurance that we are doing as much as we can to put them at ease as they finish the school year. Tell your student to look for us. We’ll be there.
