FISHERS, IN -- If you haven't tried Portillo's famous chocolate cake, or if you're like me and can't get enough of it, the Chicago-style restaurant and the American Red Cross are spreading the love for Valentine's Day with a limited-time menu item at several locations, including Fishers. From Friday, Feb. 9 through Sunday, Feb. 18, you can purchase or request delivery for a "Heart-Shaped Chocolate Cake" priced at $19.49 and enjoy a fun holiday spin on Portillo's iconic chocolate cake. According to Portillo's, 100% of the proceeds - up to $25,000 – will be donated to the American Red Cross during that time for the charitable program Cake for a Cause.

  • Customers can reserve the sweet treat by calling 866-YUM-BEEF or ordering online at www.portillos.com.
  • For sweethearts across the country, Portillo's will add the special menu item to its online Shop & Ship offerings – allowing guests to deliver a heart-shaped cake to anyone nationwide.

  • Order at Portillo's restaurant locations from Feb. 9 through 18, including the new Fishers location at 9201 E. 116th Street.
  • With Portillo's new delivery service, customers can order a cake directly to their home by visiting portillos.com or via Portillo's dedicated app, available for download online via iTunes or Android.
