Elwood Avenue Paving To Begin Monday, Oct. 19

Starting Monday, October 19, Elwood Avenue from Wilbur Street to Portage Avenue will be closed for paving. The street will reopen Monday, October 26, weather permitting. Detour routes will be Wilbur Street and Portage Avenue via Bulla Street.
