Howard Street In South Bend Closed, Beginning Today, For Installation Of Water And Sewer Lines

Starting today (March 26), Howard Street will be closed from Francis Street to State Road 23 for the installation of water and sewer service lines. Detour routes will be Notre Dame Avenue or State Road 23 via Campeau Street. The street is expected to reopen Friday, April 9, weather permitting.
