Nimtz Parkway To Close Beginning Monday, Oct. 12 For Sewer Connection Work

Detour routes will be in place 24 hours a day until the work is complete.

Beginning Monday, October 12, Nimtz Parkway from the U.S. 31 Bypass to Olive Road will close for sewer connection work. All ramps at the U.S. 31 Bypass and Nimtz Parkway interchange will remain open during this closure. The anticipated reopening date is Monday, October 26, weather permitting.

Detour routes will be in place 24 hours a day until work is complete. Motorists getting off the U.S. 31 Bypass at the Nimtz Parkway exit will be detoured east on Nimtz Parkway, north on Bendix Drive, then west on Cleveland Road before rejoining Olive Road. Eastbound traffic on Old Cleveland Road will reverse the flow: north on Olive Road, east on Brick/Cleveland roads, south on Bendix Drive to Nimtz Parkway.
