South Bend Community School Strategic Plan Community Visits Scheduled For Saturday

Superintendent Dr. C. Todd Cummings and other representatives from the South Bend Community School Corporation will participate in community visits this Saturday, August 29 from 10:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. at the following sites:

• Brown Learning Center, 737 Beale St, South Bend, IN 46616
• LaSalle Academy, 2701 Elwood Ave, South Bend, IN 46628
• Pulaski Park, 1308 Huron St, South Bend, IN 46619
• Riley High School, 1902 Fellows St, South Bend, IN 46613

The purpose is to encourage parents, students, and other community members to take the strategic plan survey. Tables will be set up with computers so visitors can easily access the survey, and free pencils, tablets, and other giveaways will also be available.

“Our corporation's strategic plan, called Moving Forward, will lay the groundwork for the direction of our schools. Community input is critically important as we develop this plan,” Cummings said.
