An eight-person committee of business professionals from the Michiana region scored and selected this year’s class based on a nomination process. This year saw 183 nominations received. In its 15th year, this program is an annual collaborative effort between the South Bend Regional Chamber, Young Professionals Network (YPN) South Bend as well as other partners and chambers in the Michiana region. Program presenting sponsors include Community Foundation of Elkhart County and First State Bank, and supporting sponsors Gibson and the South Bend Tribune.

Honorees will be treated to a photo shoot with their families, friends, colleagues or nominators. In addition, a Recognition video is being produced by the Chamber and will become available on Friday June 25. The South Bend Tribune will have a special Michiana Forty under 40 issue in their June 27 issue. An alumni reception, celebrating the past 15 years of the program, is slated for September.
