South Bend Schools To Host Kindergarten Open House/tours

April 16, 2021

Families who are new to the South Bend Community School Corporation (SBCSC) or parents who have students turning five years old on or before October 1, 2021, are invited to the corporation’s annual Kindergarten Roundup events.

Held the next two consecutive Wednesdays:

April 21 and April 28

Parents and students can visit schools on either or both days from:

• 9:00 a.m. to noon,
• 1:00 p.m. - 2:00 p.m.,
• 5:00 p.m to 7:00 p.m. at the following SBCSC schools:

• Clay International Academy

• Darden Elementary

• Kennedy Academy

• Lincoln Elementary

• Madison STEAM Academy

• Marquette Montessori Academy

• Marshall Elementary

• McKinley Elementary

• Monroe Elementary

• Muessel Elementary

• Nuner Fine Arts Academy

• Swanson Elementary

Parents and students will be able learn about the schools’ kindergarten programs, meet teachers and staff, and become familiar with the various educational spaces each school offers.
Kindergarten Roundup will be held in-person, with COVID 19 protocols in place.
