LIST: Here are the 12 'healthier' Halloween candy options you can enjoy without cringing from calorie, fat or sugar consumption.

It's Halloween - and for many this means lots of candy and treats around the house thanks to treat-or-treating. Let's be honest, most of the candy collected during the Halloween fun can be hard to resist. Thankfully there are several Halloween candies you can enjoy without feeling too guilty, and Reader's Digest has put together a list of the best guilt-free options.
