RD Management: Pendleton Plaza Renovations Complete
$175,000 in renovations are finished and space is available at Pendleton Plaza in Indianapolis.

INDIANAPOLIS, IN — RD Management LLC recently announced that its renovations to Pendleton Plaza are completed. The $175,000 renovations involved an upgrade to the center facade in an effort to highlight smaller retail spaces at the 7201 Pendleton Pike location, the real-estate development and management organization says.
According to a release sent to Patch, the 34,797-square-foot center is anchored by a 62,301-square-foot Roses department store and has 950 parking spaces for guests.
“The newly renovated facade not only makes the center highly visible from the road and more appealing to shoppers, but also retailers large and small looking to expand their footprint in the Indianapolis market," Richard Birdoff, principal and president of RD, said in a statement. "We are actively seeking new tenants that will complement Roses and enhance the overall shopping experience for local residents.”
