Three salads sold at this grocery store chain may have been contaminated with glass or hard plastic.

Three salads sold at a California-based grocery store chain may have been contaminated with glass or hard plastic. Trader Joe's issued a recall this weekend after its supplier notified them of the hazard.
The salads that may contain the glass or hard plastic include the white meat chicken salad, curried white chicken deli salad and the turkey cranberry apple salad that have expiration dates between Nov. 10 and Nov. 21, the company said.
The company said all potentially affected products have been removed from store shelves and destroyed.
