The project is funded with a 50/50 match, and the Town of Zionsville must match the grant funding provided with local funds. The grant award is based on detailed estimates that the Department of Public Works provided in the application.
“I am grateful for INDOT seeing fit to award the Town funding under this annual grant program,” Director of Public Works Lance Lantz said. “This money will allow us to complete the Village Place project and free up funds for other road reconstruction and paving projects this year.”
