April 12, 2021

City of Ames park staff have started restoring water to park restrooms. All park restrooms will be open with functional water by Friday April 16, including the new restroom at Brookside Park and renovated restroom at Inis Grove Park. Restrooms will be cleaned and sanitized once per day. Due to the susceptibility of damage from below freezing temperatures, water to drinking fountains will be restored by April 30, weather dependent.
