The Iowa-Iowa State Cy-Hawk game will bring millions of dollars' worth of coaches to the field and millions to the community as well.

This Saturday's Iowa-Iowa State Football game at Jack Trice Stadium is worth more than $30 million according to a report in the Des Moines Register.

The Cyclone and Hawkeyes coaches behind this year's Cy-Hawk rivalry will make more than $10 million in the 2013 season not including bonuses.

Iowa Football Coach Kirk Ferentz is the highest paid, raking in $3.6 million. Iowa State Coach Paul Rhoads earns just $1.7 million.

While that might sound like a lot, the single game on Saturday is worth millions more.

Every time Iowa and Iowa State face off they bring a combined $20 million to their towns, the Register reports.

Tickets for the game set for 5 p.m. Saturday here in Ames sold out almost a month ago. More than 50,000 people will be inside the stadium and thousands more will come just to tailgate.
