AMES, IOWA – Families are invited to join Ames Public Library staff members from 8-9am on Mondays from June 3 through September 9 for Mondays @ the Garden. Join us in the library garden plot at Squaw Creek Community Garden, located near Squaw Creek just two blocks south the intersection of South Maple Avenue and South 4th Street in Ames. Children can learn how to help keep the garden healthy and beautiful with guidance and hands-on experience in planting, maintaining, and harvesting throughout the growing season.
