Travis M. Norton, 29, Coconino Road, was charged with operating while intoxicated, first offense; at 3:48 a.m.

Ann M. McDaniels, 30, Ontario, was charged with fifth-degree theft at 6:45 p.m.

James O. Spruill, 22, Windfield Drive, was charged with assault with injury, simple assault at 8:14 a.m.

Brandon D. Washington, 25, Tripp Street, was charged with failure to appear at 7 p.m.

Logan R. Witt, 24, S. Franklin Ave., was charged with driving while barred at 8:35 a.m.

Gian C. Zenti, 21, Atlantic, was charged with possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of a controlled substance, marijuana, second offense; at 1:52 a.m.

Tanner A. McKenzie-Hay, 18, Lincoln Swing, was charged with fifth-degree theft at 12:48 a.m.

Oct. 3

Anthony T. Debello, 38, Hickory Drive, was charged with possession of a controlled substance/delivery and possession of drug paraphernalia at 11:20 a.m.

Brenda K. Eslick, 50, Story City, was charged with operating while intoxicated, first offense; at 7:55 p.m.

Kyle T. McNulty, 19, Tripp Street, was charged with public intoxication at 7:10 p.m.

Kass C. Schany, 23, Graettinger, was charged with public intoxication at 1:40 a.m.

Oct. 4

Murphy R. Gillogly, 20, Chicago, was charged with fifth-degree theft at 2 a.m.

Christine M. Hadaway, 48, Grant Avenue, was charged with criminal trespass at 1:22 a.m.

Daniel E. Jahren, 23, Grand Ave., was charged with fourth-degree theft and public intoxication at 12:57 a.m.

Joshua J. Pringle, 22, Stanhope, was charged with public intoxication at 1:35 a.m.
