Frank P. Brocato, 29, 6th Street, was charged with fifth-degree theft at 10:12 p.m.

Dwight Taylor, 26, S. Kellogg Ave., was charged with contempt for violation of a no-contact or protective order at 12:35 p.m.

Sept. 25

Edward A. Littlejohn, 32, Boone, was charged with third-degree theft at 4:20 p.m.

Tristan K. Nelson, 24, Ferndale Ave., was charged with fifth-degree theft at 10:50 p.m.

Sept. 26

Terence A. Baptiste, 23, S. 4th Street, was charged with assault with intent serious injury, interference with official acts and third-degree theft at 10:27 p.m.

Dylan A. Cellan, 19, Hoover Ave., was charged with possession of marijuana at 11:16 a.m.

Alexandra L. Smith, 21, Mortensen Road, was charged with public intoxication at 11:36 p.m.

Sept. 27

Darren M. Bruck, 26, Strawberry Lane, was charged with public intoxication and harassment of public officials at 1:53 a.m.

Severiano M. Morin, 27, 6th Street, was charged with driving while revoked at 1:01 a.m.

Sean M. Pollard, 23, Date Court, was charged with operating while intoxicated, first offense; and failure to maintain control at 1:37 a.m.
