July 19

Robert L. Freland-Fouts, 21, Camus Avenue, was charged with public intoxication at 12:15 a.m.

Mollie L. Murphy, 18, Polaris Drive, was charged with failure to maintain control and failure to have a valid license or permit while operating a motor vehicle at 3:14 a.m.

Erin E. O'Grady, 27, West Street, was charged with contempt of court at 9 p.m.

Steven C. Robinson, 62, Boone, was charged with contempt of court at 6 p.m.

July 20

Tarah V. Davis, 18, Nevada, was charged with operating while intoxicated, first offense; at 9:36 p.m.

Tanna M. English, 29, Boone, was charged with third-degree theft at 7:11 p.m.

Nigel C. Habben, 20, was charged with operating while intoxicated, first offense; consumption of alcohol by a minor, open container and improper rear lamps at 2:08 a.m.

David L. Hermanson, 49, 7th Street, was charged with public intoxication at 2:32 a.m.

Adolfo A. Ninaquispe, 29, Hunt Street, was charged with public intoxication at 2:58 a.m.

James R. Walden, 56, Lincoln Way, was charged with assault with aggravated injury at 7:35 p.m.

Gregory S. Widener, 49, S. 4th Street, was charged with third-degree harassment at 4:10 p.m.

Katrina I. Winchester, 39, Squaw Creek Drive, was charged with contempt of court at 12:55 p.m.

July 21

Keith W. Fandel, 22, Lynn Ave., was charged with public intoxication at 1:25 a.m.

Zachary J. Gammon, 27, Madrid, was charged with public intoxication at 5:26 a.m.

Richard W. Oggero, 18, Buchanan Hall, was charged with possession of a controlled substance and consumption of alcohol by a minor at 3:47 a.m.

Alaina C. Pfenning, 19, Council Bluffs, was charged with minors prohibited on certain premises and possession of alcohol under age at 12:01 a.m.

Kyle D. Zielke, 25, Mortensen Road, was charged with operating while intoxicated, first offense; at 1:54 a.m.

July 22

James L. Gardner, 24, Nevada, was charged with trespass enter or remain without justification, a probation violation, interference with official acts or harassment of public officials at 9:45 a.m.

Elysia E. Miller, 22, Des Moines, was charged with driving while revoked at 12:01 a.m.

Dana P. Thompson, 64, Stafford Ave., was charged with operating while intoxicated, first offense; at 9:47 p.m.

Yimy N. Urbina Garcia, 24, S. Fifth Street, was charged with public intoxication at 7 p.m.

July 23

Misbakh A. Abbasi, 27, North Dakota Ave., was charged with trespass at 9:25 p.m.

Rui Chen, 23, Mayfield Drive, was charged with assault with serious injury at 7:03 p.m.
