Marcy E. Ely, 29, Roosevelt Ave., was charged with operating while intoxicated, first offense; striking unattended vehicle and failure to maintain control at 4:51 a.m.

Jessica J. Gearheart, 20, Steinbeck Street, was charged with operating while intoxicated, first offense; alcohol under 21, and failure to use headlamps when required at 2:48 a.m.

Jaden S. Hyland, 20, Billy Sunday Road, was charged with minors prohibited on certain premises at 12:48 a.m.

Adam J. Kopriva, 18, Kelley, was charged with fifth-degree theft, fourth-degree theft and one counts of providing false information at 7:07 p.m.

Sarah C. Walker, 18, Kelley, was charged with fifth-degree theft, fourth-degree theft and possession of alcohol under legal age at 6:20 p.m.
