Julia E. Albaugh, 20, S. Grand Ave., was charged with consumption of alcohol by a minor at 7:14 p.m.

Gabriella M. Baldwin, 20, S. Grand Ave., was charged with consumption of alcohol by a minor at 7:14 p.m.

Aarika G. Cancelli, 20, Stanton Ave., was charged with consumption of alcohol by a minor at 12:01 a.m.

Kathryn M. Carriker, 21, S. Grand Ave., was charged with contributing alcohol at 7:10 p.m.

Tanner N. Hansen, 22, Pintail Ridge Lane, was charged with sell or give or supply alcohol to a person under 21, at 7:59 p.m.

Megan C. Reuscher, 18, Washington, was charged with consumption of alcohol by a minor at 9:16 p.m.

Katilynn L. Schumann, 20, Apple Place, was charged with fifth-degree shoplifting at 8:29 p.m.

April D. Smith, 26, E. 7th Street, was charged with second-degree criminal mischief and disorderly conduct by loud and raucous noise at 12:45 a.m.

Melanie A. Steinhart, 21, Ellis Street, was charged with sell or give or supply alcohol to a person under 21, at 9:10 p.m.

Haley B. Williams, 19, Mortensen Road, was charged with consumption of alcohol by a minor at 9:16 p.m.

Shawn C. Bartholomew, 34, Howard Ave., was charged with public intoxication at 2:35 a.m.

Jacob A. Becker, 22, Sheldon Ave., was charged with public intoxication at 12:45 a.m.

Megan J. Behr, 20, Lincoln Way, was charged with possession of alcohol under age at 12:20 a.m.

Tad A. Duhn, 30, Mullberry BLVD., was charged with a probation violation at 4:30 p.m.

Ryan D. Harrison, 31, Nevada, was charged with public intoxication at 1:33 a.m.

Michael J. Leach, 33, Wilson Ave., was charged with public intoxication at 7:34 p.m.

Melanie G. Kessler, 25, Westbrook Drive, was charged with disorderly conduct and assault with serious injury at 2 a.m.

Stormy P. Meeks, 24, Boone, was charged with disorderly conduct and assault with serious injury at 2 a.m.

Andrew E. Peppels, 24, Boone, was charged with simulated public intoxication, second offense; at 9:30 p.m.

Jeffrey A. Roberts, 30, Mayfield Drive, was charged with public intoxication at 1:55 a.m.

Wendy L. Rolow, 55, Slater, was charged with operating while intoxicated, first offense; at 7:36 p.m.

Casey J. Tellez, 23, Boone, was charged with assault with serious injury and disorderly conduct at 2 a.m.

Peter E. Montalbano, 21, Kellogg Ave., was charged with failure to appear and contempt of court at 6:10 a.m. and 6:30 a.m.

Michelle K. Muller, 19, North Dakota Ave., was charged with possession of drug paraphernalia and contempt of court at 1:38 a.m.

Amanda L. Stout, 29, Adel, was charged with fifth-degree theft at 8:55 a.m.

Keunta M. Wilson, 18, S. Grand Ave., was charged with third-degree theft, credit card fraud and forgery, a Class D felony, at 7:15 p.m.
