Gamaliel Gregorio, 45, Lincoln Swing, was charged with second-degree sexual abuse and indecent acts with a child at 1:55 p.m.

George Williams, 42, Nevada, was charged with failure to comply with sex offender registry at 10:30 p.m.

German N. Arteaga, 35, Chicago, was charged with fifth-degree theft at 3:20 p.m.
Steven M. Emery, 30, Wheeler Street, was charged with possession of drug paraphernalia, operating while intoxicated, third offense; and driving while barred at 12:45 a.m.
Wallace J. Franklin, 27, Garfield Ave., was charged with driving while barred at 9:28 p.m.
Atli M. Heimisson, 20, Summit Ave., was charged with driving while revoked at 10:20 p.m.
Sept. 12
Anya T. George, 31, Boone, was charged with theft by deception at 6:15 p.m.
Rex P. Nelson, 27, Diamond Street, was charged with driving while revoked at 1:30 a.m.
Chelsey R. Schaeffer, 25, Gilbert, was charged with public intoxication at 1:53 p.m.
Sept. 13
David L. Duvall, 44, Anderson, SC., was charged with operating while intoxicated, first offense; at 2:08 a.m.
Colton R. Murphy, 20, Chamberlain Street, was charged with public intoxication at 12:45 a.m.
Andrew D. Noonan, 18, Lincoln Way, was charged with public intoxication at 12:17 a.m.
Eric J. Pelzer, 21, Emmetsberg, was charged with public intoxication at 12:02 a.m.
Logan G. Wade, 22, Newton, was charged with public intoxication at 2:05 a.m.
