Union Pacific Track Repairs To Close Eastbound Traffic On Bloomington Road

Union Pacific Railroad will be performing railroad crossing repairs along the two eastbound lanes of Bloomington Road on Wednesday, Dec. 18. Both eastbound lanes will be closed, and the repairs are anticipated to take the entire day. Eastbound motorists will be directed to detour south at Stange Road to 24th Street, east to Hoover Avenue, and north to return to Bloomington Road.

Bicyclists and pedestrians should use the sidewalk crossing along the north side of Bloomington Road to avoid construction equipment.
