The National Weather Service expects that Iowa’s moderate temperatures will last through the week and the clouds, slowly but surely, part as the week goes on.
The week’s forecast for Ames looks like this:
- Tuesday - mostly cloudy with a high in the low 40s and a low right around freezing.
- Wednesday - cloudy with a high in the mid 30s and a low in the low 20s.
- Thursday - partly sunny with a high in the mid 30s and a low in the mid 20s.
- Friday - mostly sunny; temperatures in the low 40s with another warm weekend on the way.
